Rose was AMAZING to work with. We looked at many houses in a 6 week period and they were all within our specifications and price range. She covered the “extra items” that I would not have thought to ask about. She is truly an “agent working for her client”. She had our best interest at heart through the entire process. If I EVER need to buy or sell a house again, I will have Rose as my agent.

Excellent to work with, she was an amazing person that was very dedicated into doing her job. She went above and beyond what she needed too do and out of her way for many things for when I couldn't with my busy schedule. 100/10 this woman was an absolute life saver. Would recommend her for anyone in the real-estate needs.
She was a very professional person with an amazing attitude and extremely hard working to get the jobs needs completed. She's one amazing person, she has stuck with my wife and I for the last 4ish years trying to find our current house. Many late nights, many of my wife and i's bickering and arguing. And alot of stubbornness from us, alot of yes from her and no's from me and vice versa but she stuck through. This woman needs a raise and promotion for what hassle we gave her! Then selling my house, oh boy the buyer definitely put us both in a ringer but she constantly reassured me and definitely worked extremely hard to get that deal done. I've definitely been a stubborn headache but she didn't mind one bit and was very dedicated to her job and my needs. Definitely one billy badass finding and selling houses!
Would 100% work with her again, without a doubt!

Rose was wonderful ! She was resourceful when we weren't getting offers. She was dedicated and helped above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. She was persistent and even gave up 2% of her commission for valid reasons. I would use Rose again and will refer her to my friends. Thank you

Going into buying my first home, I was filled with anxiety. What if I picked the wrong house, wrong time, wrong realtor, etc? Rose not only put those worries at ease, but instilled me with new confidence in my home buying decisions. Every step of the way, I could feel that she had my best interests at heart and was going to do whatever it took to help me find a home I could be proud of. Rose is refreshingly honest and down-to-earth, pointing out potential issues I would have missed, and would instantly have ideas or know who to call to address them. She went above and beyond, making any calls and helping negotiate specifics so that I could walk into my house on day one with peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first home and cannot recommend Rose enough. Thanks to her, what I had expected to be a high stress experience became a joyful one, and I couldn’t be happier in my new home.

Rose was always cheerful and cooperative no matter what I asked or suggested and no matter what day she would always respond. The transition from closing on my old home to closing on my new one went very smoothly.
